Delete my Baxie waitlist data
If you joined the Baxie waitlist and want us to delete your record, you're in the right place. California law gives you the right to delete personal information we collected from you, and we will honor that request whether you live in California or not.
What we'll delete
When we process your request, we will delete:
- Your email address, company name, role, and California county from the waitlist database.
- Any IP address and browser metadata tied to your signup.
- Any open and click data tied to your email address in Resend.
We keep a small suppressed record so we don't accidentally email you again. That is the minimum the law lets us keep for that purpose.
How it works
Enter the email you used to join the waitlist. We send a one-click confirmation link. Click it. Your record is gone.
What happens next
- We confirm we got your request within 10 business days.
- We complete the deletion within 45 calendar days. We will email you when it's done.
- If we need more time, we will tell you why within the first 45 days and may take up to another 45 days, for a total of 90.
Other privacy requests
If you want to know what we have, correct it, or exercise any other California privacy right, email privacy@baxiehq.com with the subject line that matches what you want (for example, "Right to know" or "Right to correct"). Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
Authorized agents
If you are submitting this request for someone else, email privacy@baxiehq.com with written authorization signed by the person whose data you are asking us to delete. We may also contact that person directly to verify.
If something goes wrong
If we deny your request and you think we got it wrong, reply to our response email and a different person at Baxie will review the decision. You can also contact the California Privacy Protection Agency at cppa.ca.gov.
