How much does Baxie cost?
The founding cohort pays $99 a month, flat, everything included, held for the life of the account. After your county's cohort fills, list pricing is $199 a month for the first office user plus $15 a month for each additional office user.
Is there a per-job or per-project fee?
No. Every plan includes unlimited active jobs. Two jobs or ten, the price is the same.
What does the founding cohort get?
Everything Baxie does at $99 a month flat. Up to 5 office seats, unlimited jobs, white-glove onboarding, and a Founder Takeoff on your next bid. Cohorts are capped per county, and the price holds for the life of your account.
Are field crew and subs charged?
No. Field crew uses Baxie free, with no cap. Subs and clients get portal links and never need an account. Billing only counts office users.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
Neither. You're not charged until your first estimate clears in Baxie. Cancel anytime and take your data with you.
